Fried Apple or Peach Pie

- 8 ounces dried apples or dried peaches
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
- 1 can jumbo refrigerated flaky biscuits
- vegetable oil, for frying
Biscuit Wreath Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- Olive oil, for brushing biscuits
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. crumbled Parmesan
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup ricotta
- 3/4 cup frozen spinach, defrosted and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
Oven Fries with Garlic Aïoli

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F
- 9 large russet potatoes, peeled
- 3 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 1/2 large fresh rosemary sprig, cut into 3 pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, cut into quarters
- 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- FOR THE AIOLI
- 1 1/2 garlic clove
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon water, optional
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
