In food processor, pulse basil, baby kale, walnuts, 1 garlic clove, course salt and red pepper flakes
- 2 cups packed basil and baby kale
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp course salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup extra virgin oil
- 1/4 cup grated Pecorino cheese
Spaghetti Salad Recipe

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then rinse in cold water and drain
- Dressing:
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broke into 3-4" pieces
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 medium yellow zucchini squash, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 (2.25 oz) cans sliced olives, drained
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 (16 oz) bottle Italian dressing (I love Wishbone Robusto Italian)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Topping:
- 1 teaspoon Salad Supreme or Johnny's Seasoing (this is optional)
Cheesy Pepperoni Pockets

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 4 rectangles
- 1 can (12 oz) Pillsbury® Grands ®! Big & Flaky crescent dinner rolls
- 4 tbsp marinara sauce
- 64 slices pepperoni(5 oz)
- 1 1/3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (5 oz)
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Rosemary Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 — 8 oz large chicken breasts, uncooked
- 10 3/4oz can Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup instant rice
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary garlic blend seasoning, set aside 1/2 tsp
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp reduced-fat Parmesan cheese shredded
Upside Down Cheesecake Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a pie pan with the bottom pie crust
- Prepared pie crusts or your favourite crust recipe
- 2 , 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 6 large apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- caramel sauce (optional)

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package (1.25 ounces) teriyaki seasoning mix
- 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen Asian stir fry vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked instant white rice
