SHRIMP BAKE

Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside
- 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 pounds unpeeled large or jumbo shrimp
- 2 lemons, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- fresh rosemary sprigs
Pizza Bianca

Position the oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F
- 1 pound purchased pizza dough
- Flour, for surface
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon good quality coarse salt
Blue Cheese Sauce

Combine yogurt, blue cheese and vinegar in a small bowl and blend with a fork to make a chunky sauce
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (1 ounce)
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Bacon Ranch Potatoes

Place potato mixture in prepared pan
- 2 lbs red bliss potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1/4 cup buttermilk ranch dressing (the stuff in the bottle)
- 2 tbs Russian or Thousand Island Dressing
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 2 tbs minced fresh chives or 1 tbs dehydrated
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped finely for garnish
Frosting Starter Recipe

In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine first four ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup all-vegetable shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. C&H® Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- Red Raspberry
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops red food coloring gel and mix well.
- Purple Grape
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 2 tablespoons grape jam in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops red food coloring gel and mix well.
- Blue Almond
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops blue food coloring gel and mix well.
- Green Mint
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops green food coloring gel and mix well.
- Yellow Lemon
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops yellow food coloring gel and mix well.
- Orange
- Combine 1 cup Frosting Starter and 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract in a bowl. Add 2 to 4 drops orange food coloring gel and mix well.

- 1 30oz. bag of frozen diced hash browns
- 1 32 oz box of chicken broth
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup (10 oz)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz, not fat free)
- 3 oz bacon bits
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
