Avocado Cream and Chicken Suiza Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 cups cooked and skinned shredded chicken meat (about 1 store-bought rotisserie chicken)
- 2 4-ounce cans diced Fire Roasted Hatch Chiles
- 1/2 medium white onion, diced
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Avocados
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, stems and leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- Juice of one lime
- 2 1/2 - 3 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese (or just Monterey Jack if you prefer)
- 8-10 7”-8” flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Strawberry Sauce

Strawberries, sugar and lime zest in a food processor or blender until smooth
- 1 to 1 1/4 Cups halved fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 lime, zested

- 24 to 30 large marshmallows
- Betty Crocker™ colored sugar or candy sprinkles
- White or colored birthday candles

- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup of Fireball Whisky
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup of water
- Filling
- 2 2 2 cups of caramel sauce
- Frosting
- 2 2 2 sticks of butter softened (1 cup)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup of Fireball Whisky
- 4 4 4 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 1 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- red food coloring
- yellow food coloring

- 1 1 1/4 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries, drained, 1/4 cup liquid reserved
- 1 1 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ devil's food cake mix
- 1 1 1 cup cherry cola carbonated beverage
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 1 1 1 container Betty Crocker™ Whipped vanilla frosting
- 1 1 1 cup marshmallow creme
- 24 24 24 maraschino cherries with stems, well drained, if desired

In a 4-qt. Dutch oven, brown meat in oil over medium heat; drain
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 medium carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1-1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
