Combine breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup grated cheese, sage, salt and pepper
- 1 pound center-cut beef tenderloin, cut into 4 equal portions
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano or Grana Padano, divided
- 12 leaves sage, very thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped thyme
- salt
- pepper
Mexican Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 400˚F and butter a 9x13 casserole dish
- Serve:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts (4 small or 3 medium)
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 8 oz shredded Mexican cheese (3 cups), divided
- 1 cup sour cream (full fat)
- 14 oz diced green chilis (two 7 oz can with their juice
- 1 small avocado diced
- 1 roma tomato diced
- 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped

- 4 4 4 chicken breasts
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1 1 tesapoon paprika
- 1 1 1 teaspoon salt divided
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 4 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 2 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Fried Macaroni and Cheese

grate cheese of choice and set aside
- 6 to 8 oz. medium or sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cup dry elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp paprika (optional)
- 3 large fresh eggs (room temperature), beaten
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp oil or bacon drippings
Tex-Mex Chicken & Rice Bake

Stir the the soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow baking dish
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa or Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup whole kernel corn
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
