- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tsp canola oil

- 8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
