Zucchini Squares

Mix bisquick, oil and eggs
- 3 C Thinly Sliced or Grated Zucchini
- 1/2 C Chopped Onion
- Parsley
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 C Bisquick
- 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 T Mayonnaise
- 1/2 T Season Salt
- 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
Spicy Asian Beef Noodles

Stif fry in large skillet steak, green onions, and 2 T of sesame oil
- Rib Eye Steak, Cubed
- 2 - 3 Green Onions, Chopped
- 5 pkgs of Beef Top Ramen
- 4 T Dark Sesame Oil
- Whole Bag of Chopped Cabbage
- Soy Sauce
Maui Artichoke & Crab Dip

Carefully hollow bread bowls leaving 1 inch on sides and bottom
- 2 Bread Bowls
- 3 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1/3 C Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 14 oz Cans Artichoke Hearts,drained and Chopped
- 12 oz Cooked Crab Meat, fresh or frozen
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Fresh Roma Tomato and Cucumber Salsa

In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, garlic and jalapenos
- 2 lbs Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped into large chunks
- 2 C Mini Cucumbes, diced
- 1/2 C Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 T Garlic, chopped
- 2 Jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 1 T Olice Oil
- 1 T Red Wine Vinegar
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Salt
- 1/4 C Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 - 4 Bushels Broccoli, Steamed
- 1 C Sharp Cheese, Grated
- 1 10 3/4oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 2 Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 Cube of Butter, Melted
- 1 Pkg Ritz Crackers, Crushed
Marinated Cucumbers

Cut cucumbers into thin slices; transfer to large bowl
- 2 Medium Cucumbers
- 1 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, Cored,Seeded,Sliced
- 2/3 C Distilled White Vinegar
- 6 Pkgs Sucralose
- Dash Ground Red Pepper
Mom and Grandma Betty's Stuffing

Mix together in large bowl bread crumbs, celery, mushrooms and raisins
- 1/2 Pkg of Bread Crumbs
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 6 Stalks of Celery, Chopped
- Raisins
- Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 Stick of Butter
- Poultry Seasoning
- Ground Sage
- Pepper
Zucchini Bread

Mix well and divide into 3 or 4 small aluminum pans
- 2 C Grated Zucchini
- 3 C Flour
- 1 C Oil
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Allspice or Cinnamon
- 1/2 C Nuts, Chopped
Chicken Cordon Bleu

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 4 Boneless,Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 4 Slices Ham
- 4 Slices Swiss Cheese
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 C Honey Mustard
- 1/2 C Bread Crumbs
Mom's Apple Crisp (Pampered Chef)

- 4-6 L Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 8 Graham Cracker Squares, chopped
- 3/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 C Butter, melted
