Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat
- Chef Jonathan Waxman recommends using the best-possible artisanal pasta for this dish, and he adds that it's very important not to overcook it.
