Blend flour, sugar, and eggs
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsps flour
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients except steak, salt, and pepper; simmer 30 minutes

- 4 ears of yellow corn, husked
- 2 poblano peppers
- 1 large shallot, very thinly sliced
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons
