Loaded Potato Salad

Boil potatoes in a large pot, covered, until fork tender
- 3 lb red potatoes
- 30oz jar Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Red Velvet Cake Batter Dip

Instructions Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3/4 cup dry red velvet cake mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions Whisk marinade / dressing ingredients together to combine
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons smooth and mild Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

- 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts

- 3 lemons, halved crosswise
- 1 lime wedge
- Kosher salt
- Ice
- 12 ounces silver tequila
- 4 1/2 ounces simple syrup (see Note)
- 6 orange twists, for garnish

- 3 1/3 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 6 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- a glass of milk
- a large non-stick pan

Sweet Corn and Shrimp Chowder Soup — SweetBites

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
- 2 Tbls Olive Oil
- 1 frozen whole Sweet Corn
- 2 whole Gold Potatoes
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined and patted dry
- 1 Tbls Butter
- 1 whole Onion, diced
- 1 Tbls Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Curry
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- Salt and fresh Pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbls cilantro, chopped for garnish
- 1/2 cup of cream

- Tahini-yogurt sauce:
- Scant 3 tablespoons/40 g tahini paste
- 2/3 cup/130 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed salt
- Carrots:
- Scant 3 tablespoons/60 g honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, toasted and lightly crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, toasted and lightly crushed
- 3 thyme sprigs
- Salt and black pepper
- 12 large carrots, peeled and each cut crosswise into two 2 1/2-inch/6-cm batons (3 pounds/1.3 kg)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
