Bourbon Bacon BBQ Chicken Kebabs Recipe

Directions Light the grill and heat to medium-high In a small bowl, combine the BBQ sauce and bourbon
- 8 oz barbecue sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- 1/8 cup bourbon
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 6 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces

Directions: Pour the pear juice, rum, grenadine and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with ice
- 1 1/2 ounce pear juice
- 3/4 ounce dark rum
- 1 tablespoon cherry grenadine

- 1 to 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not light)
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (Kosher preferred)
