Marinade for Lamb

Combine ingredients. Marinade for several hours
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- sugar (about 6 tsps or until soy is sweet)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Cheesy Sausage and Croissant Casserole

Cook sausage 8 minutes in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble
- 1 lb hot ground pork sausage (such as Jimmy Dean)
- 1 1/4 cups (5 oz) shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp table salt
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 (13.22 oz) pkg mini croissants (about 24), torn
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 5 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded Gruyere cheese

Makes about 4 1/2 dozen Directions In a small bowl, beat together egg and 1 tablespoon water; set aside
- 2 pounds (about 60) mini hot dogs
- Cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces, optional

- All-purpose flour, for work surface
- 1 box (17 1/2 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed

Barbecue Sauce with Cumin and Ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/2 medium shallot, very finely chopped
- 1/4 cup ntomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Angel Hair with Shrimp & Asparagus

In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat
- 2 tbsp mazola corn oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz fresh asparagus, trimmed, & cut into 1 inch pieces
- 8 oz fresh shrimp, cleaned, deveined
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (otional)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp Argo Corn Starch
- 8 oz Mueller's Angel Hair, cooked, drained
Apple Pie on the Rocks

Instructions Wet the rim of your rocks glass just a little, and gently sugar the rim with the brown sugar
- 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz. Fireball Whiskey
- 4 oz. Organic Apple Juice
- Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar for the rim (Grind a little finer for more successful sugaring)
- Optional: Cinnamon Stick for Garnish
- Ice
Cranberry Apple Sparklers

- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz apple cider
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 1/2 oz dry ginger soda (not ginger ale)
- 2 oz g'vine gin OR juniper soda
- frozen cranberries, apple slices to garnish
- with or without booze
Hasselback Potatoes With Garlic-Paprika Oil

Place whole unpeeled potatoes in a pot
- 8 large Idaho or other large russet potatoes, about 1 pound each
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil or a neutral oil like grapeseed
- 4 plump garlic cloves, smashed, peeled and left whole
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Kosher or coarse sea salt

- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate disks (I use Guittard)

- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- pinch of Kosher salt
- 30 caramel squares , unwrapped and in a small bowl
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
One Pot Lighter Creamy Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Soup

- 2 Tbsp butter, cubed
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp gluten free flour
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 3 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 4 cups fresh, chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 pound raw, cubed chicken
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 cup plain, non fat greek yogurt
