- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Milk Chocolate Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping

Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Cookies

Preheat the oven to 375. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners and set aside
- for the cookies:
- 1/2 cup sugar, plus a little extra for dipping
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick (8 tblsp) butter, softened
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-2 tsps milk, as needed
- for the filling:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
Trashed Up Beer Cheese Tater Tot Pizza

Directions Place 10-inch cast iron skillet in the lower third of the oven
- 1 lb pale ale pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, marinara or barbeque sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 2 cups tater tots, cooked according to package directions
- Olive oil for crust (about 2 tbs)
- 2 tbs Butter, melted
- 2 tbs Flour
- 1 tbs Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beer (wheat beer, blonde ale, pale ale, pilsner)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar, do not use pre shredded
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos (nacho jalapenos)
Seafood Soup

In medium saucepan, melt butter; saute onion til just tender
- 2 tbls unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
- 2 cups clam broth
- 1 tbls fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp crushed dried thyme
- 1 (7 oz) can crabmeat drained and flaked or 1/2 lb fresh crabmeat
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/8 tsp monosodium, g
- salt and pepper to taste

Italian Chicken and Vegetables In Foil

- 4 aluminum foil sheets, large enough to wrap around one chicken breast.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil

- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 4 small carrots, julienned

1 Spray 7-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 12 small red potatoes (1 1/4 lb)
- 10 cups water
- 1 can or bottle (12 oz) regular or nonalcoholic beer
- 4 to 5 tablespoons seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 4-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into quarters
- 2 lemons, cut in half
- 1 lb cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
- 6 Green Giant™ Nibblers® frozen corn-on-the-cob, cut into 3-inch slices
- 2 lb uncooked large shrimp in shells, thawed if frozen
- Cocktail sauce, if desired
