Season chops with garlic. Heat oil in skillet
- 4 boneless pork chops 3/4” thick
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks, undrained

Preheat oven 200°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded to approximately 1/4-inch thick between two pieces of plastic wrap

- 1 1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs
