Praline Peach Pancakes

1 In 1-quart saucepan, heat all syrup ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot; keep warm
- Syrup:
- 1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces
- 1 medium peach, peeled, chopped (3/4 cup)
- Pancakes:
- 2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 1 cup fat-free (skim) milk
- 2 tablespoons pecan pieces
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original peach yogurt (2/3 cup)
Slow Cooker Tex-Mex Lasagna

For the béchamel, melt the butter in a saucepot over medium-high heat
- For Chipotle and Adobo Béchamel:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons puréed chipotle and adobo sauce
- 1 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 large yellow onion, approximately 2 cups
- 1 16-ounce bag frozen corn
- 1 11.5-ounce jar pickled jalapeños, 3/4 cup, cut into small dice
- 1 8-ounce jar tomatillo salsa
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 cups (an 8-ounce block) queso fresco
- 1 large bag tortilla chips, thicker cut preferred
- 1 handful cilantro, minced, for garnish
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Sour cream, for serving
Salted Caramel Brown Butter Sugar Cookies

Make the Browned Butter: Heat the butter in a thick-bottomed skillet or saucepan on medium heat
- 1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, sliced
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 T. vanilla extract
- 1 T. plain Greek yogurt
- 15 About 15 caramel squares, cut into 1/4's
- Sea salt, for sprinkling on top of cookies

- 1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
