- 1-1/2 t. dried basil
- 1 t. dried rosemary
- 2 T. dried parsley
- 1/2 t. sea salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 3 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle cocktail vegetable juice
- 1 bunch escarole, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
