Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 3 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cup milk, divided
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) sour cream
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Paprika (optional)
Slow-Cooked Family-Favorite Beef Stew

1 On waxed paper, sprinkle beef with 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper; toss to coat
- 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb small (2 1/2 to 3-inch) red potatoes, quartered
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pearl onions (from 16-oz package)
- 1 bag (1 lb) ready-to-eat baby-cut carrots
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
Hodge Podge Chowder

In a large pot over high heat, combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; bring to a boil
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cups frozen sliced carrots
- 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

1.Melt the chocolate and the butter together in the microwave or over a double boiler
- 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) (226g) Unsalted Butter
- 1 3/4 cup (405ml) Brewed strong Coffee
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Bourbon
- 1 cup (5ounces) (168g) Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 2 cups (400g )Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups (260g) All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup (23g) Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7g) Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 (100g) Large Eggs
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Mom's Famous Potato Salad

In a large bowl combine potatoes with next eight ingredients
- 10 medium red potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or white distilled vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Gherkins sweet pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Dixie Crystals sugar
- 3-4 Sweet Gherkin pickles, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
- 2 eggs hard cooked*, quartered (see instructions below)
Honey-Barbecued Pork

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 2 T. oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 to 3 lbs. cooked pork roast, shredded
- 12-oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 6 to 8 sandwich rolls, split
Tandoori Clam Chowder

1. Steam the clams until they open
- one about one gallon of clams, cleaned
- 1 cup salted water
- 3 slices of bacon
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 medium sweet onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups peeled, seeded, and diced plum tomatoes
- 1 medium russet potato, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon Tandoori Marsala or other spice
- salt and pepper as needed
Chow Fun

1) Stir together 1-1/4 cups stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and rice wine
- 1-1/2 cups chicken stock or low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 heaping tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or medium-dry Sherry
- 6 to 8-ounces thinly sliced pork loin or chicken
- 14 to 16-ounces fresh rice noodles, cut into 3/4-inch-wide strips
- 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 lb snow peas, trimmed
- 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch-long julienne
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 cup fresh mung bean sprouts
- A few drops of Asian sesame oil
BLT Fish Sandwiches

pray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat
- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 4 tilapia fillets (4 oz each), thawed if frozen
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Spicy Brown Mustard
- 4 soft hoagie rolls (about 6 inches)
- 4 leaves green leaf lettuce
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon
- 4 slices tomato, each cut in half
Gwen's Homemade Chili Sauce

Mix all ingredients except for the vinegar in a large stockpot and cook for 2 hours over low heat, stirring often
- 16 cups chopped ripe tomatoes (about 16 medium)
- 6 large sweet onions, chopped fine
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped fine
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped fine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
