Crispy Baked Orange Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Rinse wings and drumettes and pat dry
- For the chicken:
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For the sauce:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes, or more to taste
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
Homemade Crab Ravioli

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the wonton skins
- 2 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (12-ounce) package wonton skins (48 skins total)

Mix first 7 ingredients in a bowl; refrigerate for an hour
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1-1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3 T. water
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 24 dinner rolls, split
- 6 slices American cheese, quartered
- Garnish: catsup, mustard, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced onion, dill pickles

Artichoke Hearts with Ham

1. Drain artichokes and dry thoroughly with paper towels; halve
- 2 cans (14 oz. each) Artichoke Hearts
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 oz. Serrano ham, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
