Chicken Taco Fettuccine

Cook fettuccine according to package directions
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 to 4-1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Hot and Saucy Cocktail Meatballs

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together all ingredients except chili sauce and jelly
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs (any flavor)
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 bottles (12 ounces each) chili sauce
- 2 jars (10 ounces each) grape jelly

- 1 (16-ounce) container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 3 tablespoons raspberry preserves, melted
- 1 tablespoon blanched almonds, chopped
Slow-Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Place chicken in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton) or water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated biscuits
- 2/3 to 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 3 to 4 leaves romaine lettuce, cut or broken into 8 pieces
French Country Chicken

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 1 chicken (2-1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into 8 pieces
- 1 envelope onion soup mix (from a 2-ounce box)
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 package (8 to 9 ounces) frozen snap peas, thawed
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sliced carrots, thawed
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream

- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 container (6 oz) Light Fat Free raspberry cheesecake yogurt
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed if frozen
No Bake Piña Colada Squares

In a 9x12 baking dish place crushed wafers and pour butter over wafers
- 30 Vanilla wafers. crushed
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese ( 2-8 oz packages)
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1 cup well-drained crushed pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of chopped and well-drained maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut, for topping
- 12 whole cherries with stems
