Make-Ahead Shredded Chicken Breast

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray
- 4 lb bone-in skin-on chicken breasts (6 to 8)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE

Heat oven to 325 F. Grease 9-inch pie plate
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced (about 3 cups)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Master Mix*
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- Streusel (below)

- 5 large potatoes (cook in microwave for 15 minutes)

Black and Blue Cobbler

In a large bowl, combine the flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional
Cuban Chicken and Rice

Season chicken with salt and pepper
- 5-6 chicken pieces (or use two breasts, skin on, cut in half)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 packet Sazon Goya
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup frozen peas
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F, rack in the middle position Melt the butter
- 1 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
- 2 cups real white chocolate -- (or white chocolate (1/2 pound) chips)
- 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts -- chopped (measure before chopping)
Pizza Potato

Split baked potato in half; top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- 1 small, warm baked potato
- 3 tablespoons store-bought pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Crushed red pepper flakes.
Jo Ann's Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mug Cake

In a large heat-proof mug, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt
- 3 T. all-purpose flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 1-1/2 T. baking cocoa
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/8 t. salt
- 3 T. milk
- 1-1/2 T. oil
- 1 T. creamy peanut butter
- Optional: candy-coated chocolates
World's Easiest Chocolate Cake (Mud Cake)

Preheat oven to 275°F. Butter springform pans and line bottom of each with a round of wax paper
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
- 5 tablespoons bourbon (preferably 80 proof)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Special equipment: 2 (7- or 8-inch) springform pans
- Accompaniment: sweetened whipped cream and fresh berries
