1 In 4-quart Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 package (12 oz) fully cooked Cajun chicken sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire-roasted tomato cooking sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 3 cups cooked long grain white rice
- Chopped fresh chives, if desired

In a mixer bowl, cream butter and add cocoa, powdered sugar and meringue powder a little at a time
- 1 cup (2 cubes) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Medium Dark Cocoa
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons meringue powder
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup

- 1 can Crescent Recipe Creations™ refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 5 tablespoons Chocolate Flavored Hazelnut Spread
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 teaspoons milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Chinese Chicken Roll ups

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken and garlic 8 to 10 minutes
- 1/4 cup sesame oil, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) package coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
- 1 (14 ounce) can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (5 ounce) can chow mein noodles
- 10 eight-inch flour tortillas, warmed
Pistachio Holiday

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 2 egg whites (at room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup (about 5 ounces) natural pistachios, shelled and finely chopped (you should have 1/2 cup after chopping)
Chinese Chicken Bites

In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients except the peanut oil; mix well
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 3 scallions, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Peanut oil for frying
Honey-Sriracha Chicken Foil Packet

1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix rice and water
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant brown rice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 box (7 oz) frozen vegetables (sliced carrots, sugar snap peas, black beans and edamame lightly tossed with butter sauce), thawed
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (from 20-oz package)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
