Pineapple Upside Down Mug Cake

Spray a large coffee mug with non-stick spray
- Topping:
- 3 T. brown sugar
- 1 t. pineapple juice
- 2 T. crushed pineapple (or 1 whole ring)
- 1 maraschino cherry
- Cake:
- 6 T. flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/8 t. baking soda
- 1/2 an egg (beat, and use just half)
- 1/8 t. vanilla
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 2 T. pineapple juice
Protein Bars

Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix the dry ingredients together
- 3 1/2 cups regular or quick oats (regular oats are okay)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered non-fat milk
- 12 ounces Pure Protein Whey Rich Chocolate protein powder (or brand of choice)
- 1 cup reduced calorie fructose-sweetened pancake syrup
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten with a fork
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
Caramel Kettle Corn S'mores

1 Set oven control to broil
- 12 Food Should Taste Good® kettle corn tortilla chips (from 5.5-oz bag)
- 6 squares caramel-filled milk chocolate squares, unwrapped, cut in half diagonally (from 5.32-oz bag)
- 6 marshmallows, cut in half*
- Unsweetened baking cocoa and powdered sugar
