Lamb Chop Teriyaki

Arrange lamb steaks in a single layer in a shallow baking dish
- 6 lamb shoulder steaks, 3/4" thick
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper ( I use black because that is what I have)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 oranges, wedged

- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
