Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend or 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oil {vegetable or canola}
- 2 large eggs, room temp
- 1 teaspoon No-Taste Red gel paste {No-taste is important}
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
- 4 oz {1/2 package} cream cheese, softened
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar, depending on consistency
- 1-2 tablespoons milk or cream
Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1 teaspoon oregano; dried
- 1 teaspoon rosemary; dried
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin; ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Fresh Spinach and Fettuccine Alfredo

1 In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 can (4 oz) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 1 box Chicken Helper™ fettuccine Alfredo
- 3 cups washed fresh spinach leaves, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside
- Brownies:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter; softened
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Lemon Glaze:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies
- 1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)

Wholesome Bean Chili

1.Drain beans, reserving liquid; set aside
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Red Kidney Beans or Low Sodium Red Kidney Beans
- 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. Minced Garlic, or 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- GOYA® Jalapeño Salsita (optional)
Chili Tomato Mac

In a skillet, brown meat and drain off the fat
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 2 (15 oz) cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
Creamy Lime Salad Dressing

Add ingredients to blender jar in order listed and secure lid
- 2 c fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c cilantro, lightly packed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Broccoli Cheese Soup

- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 1 1/4 cups cold water
- 1/3 cup fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 cup cheese, grated

- 2 cups cold water
- 1 can mushrooms, drained (use liquid as part of water)

- 4 –6 boneless chicken breasts
