1 Make cookie dough as directed on package, stirring in flour
- 1 pouch sugar cookie mix
- Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons white sparkling sugar or granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons coarse pink sparkling sugar or pink decorator sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder or granules
- 36 About 36 chocolate-striped candy drops or pieces, unwrapped

Southwestern Chicken Packets

Preheat grill to medium-high
- 4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes in oil, not drained
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies, drained
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
APRICOT PRUNE MUI

1 Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes
- THE SAUCE:
- 4 pkg apricot, dried
- 4 pkg pitted prunes, dried
- 2 pkg mango, dried
- 1/2 lb lemon peel, dried
- 3/4 lb li hing mui, (Chinese preserved dried plums)
- 1 lb light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Hawaiian rock salt
- 3 Tbsp whiskey or rum
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 10 whole cloves
- 1 1/2 c freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large lemon, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. milk
Layered Cheesy Overnight Salad

Toss pasta in oil, place on lettuce bed
- 1 1/2 cup medium pasta shells, cooked
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded
- 3 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
- 12 ounces ham strips
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
