1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon, if desired
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño chiles
Orangesicle Mousse Dessert

- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 (4-serving-size) packages orange flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme® Orangesicle Orange Crème Flavored Frosting, divided
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Orange Cream Pie

In a medium bowl, cream together the whipped topping and cream cheese until smooth
- 1 (8-ounce) container fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free orange gelatin
- 1 (9-inch) reduced-fat graham cracker crust

- 1 lb butter, softened
- 1 c brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c pecans finly chopped
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple extrac
Frozen Blueberry Pie

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons grape jelly
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat light cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (12 ounces) frozen blueberries
- 1 pint frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
Meat and Potatoes

In a slow cooker, layer all ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/4 pound lean ground beef, browned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can vegetable beef soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Summer Strawberry Crepes

Using a rolling pin, roll the bread completely flat and thin
- 8 slices white bread, crusts cut off
- 1 qt strawberries, washed and diced
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C Greek yogurt, any flavor
- 2 T vanilla (or plain) sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 T half n half

French Salad Dressing Mix

Combine the first eight ingredients in a resealable plastic bag
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal, coarsely crushed
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Chicken Curry

1 In 10-inch skillet, stir together uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix, hot water, milk, butter, chicken and curry powder
- 1 box Tuna Helper™ creamy pasta
- 1 3/4 cups hot water
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Chopped peanuts, flaked coconut or raisins, if desired
