Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a shallow 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray

- 12 oz uncooked pasta, gemelli or other twisted pasta (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/8 tsp table salt, for pasta cooking water
- 10 oz uncooked broccoli, small florets (about 2 1/2 cups)
- 1 tsp salted butter
- 1/3 cup(s) fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 1/2 cup(s) fat free skim milk
- 1/3 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), diced
- 1 cup(s) low fat shredded cheddar cheese, sharp-variety
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs & Bunnies

In a large bowl cream butter
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2-1/3 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp half and half or milk
- 12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- sprinkles
Big Bowl Antipasto

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the dressing; mix well
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 1 (1/2-inch) slice (about 1/2 pound) deli turkey breast, cut into cubes
- 2 (1/2-inch) slices (about 1/2 pound total) deli hard salami, cut into cubes
- 1 (1/2-inch) slice (about 1/2 pound) provolone cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 (6-ounce) can pitted black olives, drained
- 1 (7-ounce) jar roasted peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian dressing

Heat oven to 400 F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan that is at least 1 1/4-inches deep
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Master Mix*
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper
- 1 lb potatoes, peeled, cut into sticks
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Dash salt
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 cup loosely packed shredded lettuce
- 6 grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup diced red onion

Place beef in a medium bowl and add enough warm water to cover
- 2 (2-1/2-ounce) jars sliced dried beef, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices white bread, toasted and cut in half diagonally
