Parm-Breaded Pork Chops

Place flour in a shallow bowl
- 1/4 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Ultimate Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

Beat the cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 c heavy whipping cream (the higher the fat content the better!)
Chocolate Dipped Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwiches

Using clean scissors, cut each container of ice cream down the side; remove ice cream from containers
- 2 pints pistachio ice cream
- 3 (7.2-ounce) packages white chocolate macadamia nut cookies
- 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
Baked Banana French Toast

In a small bowl, toss bananas with lemon juice
- 2 cups sliced ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 9 cups cubed French bread
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
- 9 eggs
- 4 cups 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Fresh Tomato & Basil Linguine

Stir together tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and basil in a large bowl; drizzle with oil
- 1-1/2 lbs. tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh basil, torn
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 16-oz. pkg. linguine, cooked
- Garnish: shredded Parmesan cheese
Yellow Sheet Cake

Beat eggs until thick and lemon-colored
- 10 eggs (yes I said 10!)
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Boxes Yellow Cake Mix (I use Duncan Hines)
- 2 Boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
Grandma's Buttery Mashed Potatoes

Cover potatoes with water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat
- 6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. evaportated milk
- salt & pepper taste
- Garnish: additional butter, fresh chives
Sweet 'n' Sour Sausage Stir-Fry

Stir-fry sausage in a large nonstick skillet for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned
- 1 package (14 ounces) smoked turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 small onions, quartered and separated
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- Hot cooked rice, optional
Savory Chicken Saute With Mashed Cauliflwer and Roasted Broccoli

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 oz I can’t believe it’s not butter spray
- 1 oz fat-free half and half
- 1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
- Lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
