Traditional Monte Cristo Sandwiches

Set aside eight slices of hearty bread
- 8 slices hearty bread
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 8 slices of provolone or Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli ham
Italian Sausage Dinner

Place the first six ingredients in a 6-qt
- 1 pound small red potatoes
- 2 large zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
- 2 large green peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound Italian sausage links, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Chocolate Peanut Clusters

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- 2 16-oz. jars salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 32-oz. pkg. white melting chocolate, chopped
- 12-oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4-oz. pkg. sweet baking chocolate, chopped
Easy Jello Flavored Cookies

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 (3oz.) packages of Jello - any flavor you like. Use the same flavor or mix and match
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- non-stick cooking spray
Adobo Chicken

Turn Ninja on Stovetop High
- 1 Lg. Pkg. of boneless, skinless chicken thighs ( approx 12)
- 2 very large onions cut into wide rings
- 1 cup UNseasoned rice vinegar ( cuts down sodium a lot)
- 3/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
- 6-8 cloves garlic, peeled and rough sliced & chopped
- 1 Tbs fresh grated ginger ( I used the kind in the tube from the produce section)
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tsp fresh grated black peppercorns
- Olive oil
