- 1 Fiber One™ 90 calorie cinnamon coffee cake (from 5.34-oz box)
- 1/4 cup Yoplait® Light apple turnover yogurt (from 6-oz container)
- 1/4 cup diced Granny Smith apple

- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

Shrimp Sauce

Place all ingredients in a small bowl
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic juice
- 4 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Easy Sausage Pizza Bake

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan
- 8 oz ground sausage
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced to 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Coney Island Hot Dog

Combine everything except wieners and simmer until thick
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon prepared regular mustard
- 1 6-ounce can tomato sauce
- 6 ounces water
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 or 5 wieners
Potato Soup Mix in a Mug

Combine all & then divide by measuring 1/2 c
- Attach Tag:
- 1-3/4 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups dry milk
- 2 Tb. instant chicken bullion
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- 1-1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- Combine all & then divide by measuring 1/2 c. into each small ziploc bag.
- Place 1 mix in a Mug lined with Tissue paper & attach tag & small wire whisk with ribbon.
- Empty mix into mug and fill with boiling water, whisk, allow to set 3 minutes, enjoy.
Lemon-Berry Shortcakes

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves or jam
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon 1% (low-fat) milk
- 5 tablespoons frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping

In a large skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots

- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 5 oz each)
- 1 box (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic cut spinach, thawed, well drained
- 2 oz 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
- 12 stone-ground wheat crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup Muir Glen® organic Italian herb pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
