- 1 (14.5 oz.) package Gingerbread Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 (12.25 oz.) jar Caramel Flavored Topping
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Oreo Cupcakes

Cupcakes: 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F)
- Cupcakes:
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 5.5 oz. unsalted butter; melted
- 4 each Eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 20 each Oreo cookies; coarsley chopped
- Icing:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- Oreo crumbs
- 24 each Oreo halves, cream on, to garnish
Grilled Waffle Sundaes

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup maple or pancake syrup
- 8 frozen waffles
- 1 pint ice cream, any flavor
- 1 cup caramel sauce, warmed
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Sinfully Good Pudding Cake

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (8-ounces) package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub of Cool Whip, about 2 cups (reserve some for topping)
- 2 (3-ounces each) boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 3 cups milk
Hot Cross Buns

Combine the water and the yeast and let sit until the yeast is soft – 10 to 15 minutes
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg, separated
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons milk

- 1 bag (10 oz) dark chocolate chips

- 1 pound process cheese (Velveeta), shredded
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Chili powder

Two Cheese Vegetable Lasagna

- 1 spray(s) cooking spray
- 1/2 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), diced
- 2 cup(s) button mushrooms, or cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
- 16 oz chopped frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1 cup(s) shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg white(s)
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 14 oz canned tomato sauce
- 14 oz canned diced tomatoes, with basil, garlic and oregano
- 8 oz uncooked whole wheat pasta, lasagna noodles (9 noodles)
- 2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 oz regular soy cheese
