Pull-Apart Pizza Bread

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; place in a bowl
- 1 (12-oz.) tube refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1 T. olive oil
- 12 slices pepperoni, quartered
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. shredded pizza-blend cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 t. garlic salt
Guava Cream Cheese Delite Delight

Mix ingredients for crust and press into 9x13 pan
- Crust:
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Filling:
- 2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. guava concentrate
- 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar (sifted)
- 2 c. whipping cream or Cool Whip
- Topping:
- 1 can (12 oz.) guava concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Orange-Smashed Sweet Potato

Halve hot, baked sweet potato and scoop out flesh
- 1 small hot, baked sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- Sliced scallions or chopped cilantro
- Orange zest
- A sprinkle of salt.
Chicken Adobo

Combine ingredients in a pot
- 2 lbs. boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut 2 inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoon whole peppercorns
- 1 cup water
- 1/1 cup salt-free soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- 7 cloves garlic, chopped
Feel-Good Soup

In a soup pot, heat oil over high heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups water
- 1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 4 carrots, thinly sliced
- 8 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Zippy Pepper Jelly

Combine sugar, peppers and vinegar in an 8- to 10-quart saucepan
- 5 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. red pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. yellow pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. orange pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. jalapeño pepper, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 6-oz. pkg. liquid pectin
- 5 to 6 (1/2-pint) canning jars and lids, sterilized
Mile High Chocolate Malted

In a blender, combine all the ingredients except whipped cream, and blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed
- 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream (about 1 pint)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 bag (7 ounces) chocolate malted milk balls, crushed (see Note)
- Whipped cream for garnish
Buttermilk Pork Chops

In a large ziploc bag, combine the olive oil, buttermilk and garlic spread seasoning
- 4-6 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup California Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Johnny's Garlic Spread and Seasoning
Peach Pineapple Paradise Skillet Cobbler with Caramel Whipped Cream

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- For the cake:
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the filling:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups fresh peaches, pealed and sliced into thick slices
- 1/3 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/4 cup Peach Pineapple Paradise Jelly or similar jelly

- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
