Muffuletta Mini Pies

Heat oven to 425°F. Line large cookie sheet with Reynolds® Parchment Paper
- 1 1 1 oz thinly sliced Genoa salami, coarsely chopped
- 1 1 1 oz thinly sliced cooked ham, coarsely chopped
- 1 1 1 oz thinly sliced mortadella (from deli), coarsely chopped
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Italian olive salad (from a jar)
- 1 1 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Sesame Seed
- 1 1 8 oz slice Emmentaler or Swiss cheese, cut into 8 pieces
Pineapple Carrot Coconut Cake

Twist on a traditional carrot cake with pineapple and coconut added
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened, 1 1/2 sticks
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup fresh Pineapple, crushed
- 1 recipe cream cheese frosting
- Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
HAWAIIAN TERIYAKI BURGER

Combine all ingredients and then add the hamburger for a move even distribution of the flavors
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. shoyu
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (I grated it--or even using ground ginger would work well too)
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Brownie Protein Bar

Preheat oven to 200°F. Add almonds, pecans and ¼ water to blender jar and secure lid
- 1 c almonds, soaked for 3 hours and drained
- 1 ⁄2 c pecans
- 1 ⁄2 c water, divided
- 2 ⁄3 c dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 ⁄4 c old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Bacon-Topped Mini Meat Loaves

Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until partially cooked but not crisp
- 5 bacon strips
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 4 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 to 10 drops green food coloring
Maryland Crabmeat Spread

In a large, microwaveable bowl, mix together all the ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (8 ounces) crabmeat, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons milk
- Dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
Whole-Wheat Spaghetti with Sausage and Peppers

In a large frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound mild or hot Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree
- 1 cup canned low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons dry vermouth or dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 3/4 pound whole-wheat spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
