  • 1 teaspoon Goya sazon seasoning
  • 4 garlic cloves, cubed
  • 4 to 5 sprigs cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sofrito
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 potatoes, cubes
  • 3 to 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fine soup noodles
