Praline Cream Pecan Pie

Preheat oven; bake pie according to package directions
- 1 (32-ounce) frozen pecan pie
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon praline liqueur or Kahlua (see Note)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons praline liqueur or Kahlua, divided (see Note)

1. Cream the butter and sugars together with the paddle attachment of your mixer
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 3/4 cup pure dark chocolate chips or semisweet chips

- 1 (8-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
