Easy Thai Peanut Chicken

1 MIX cooking sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce in medium bowl until smooth; set aside
- 1 pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- Cooked white rice
Texas Tortilla Soup

Puree the cilantro, garlic, onion, chilies, and tomatoes in a blender or food processor
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 small can green chilies, drained
- 2 15-ounce cans chicken broth
- 1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch,
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 10 corn tortillas
- vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, diced
- grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar Cheese (1 oz per serving)

- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp orange zest, strips
- 1 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s), four 4-oz pieces
- 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 15 oz canned mandarin oranges in light syrup
- 1/2 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp orange zest, finely grated, or to taste
- 2 tsp cornstarch
