1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9"x13" casserole dish with 1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp. butter, divided
- 1 box (8 oz.) GOYA® Yellow Rice
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 4 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
Tuna Noodle Casserole

Cook noodles as directed on the package
- 8 oz. wide egg noodles
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms (chopped small)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 2 cans tuna fish, well drained
- 8 oz. frozen peas (thawed) (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Stuffed Pizza

1 Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease rectangular baking dish,13x9x2 inches
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 3 1/3 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (12 ounces)
- 1 jar (14 to 15 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (3 ounces)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

HEARTY SKILLET LASAGNA

Place beef into pot. Set to STOVETOP HIGH
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package (about 6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cinnamon Streusel Cereal Muffins

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups
- 1 box (15.2 oz) cinnamon streusel muffin mix
- Milk, oil and eggs called for on muffin mix box
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch® cereal
Sloppy Joes

In a large skillet, cook meat over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally to break it up
- 2 pounds ground beef or veal
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 to 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Beef & Vegetable Soup

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) beer or nonalcoholic beer
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth, undiluted
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh carrots
- 1-1/4 cups water
- 1 cup chopped peeled turnip
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cup flour
- Bars:
- 3/4 cup seedless raspberry or berry jam
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 TBSP flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- powder sugar, for dusting
