Add pumpkin puree to a large saucepan along with the cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ground cloves

- 1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 5 T. light brown sugar
- 1 T. all-purpose flour
- 1 T. unsalted butter, cold
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
