Quick And Easy Pastele Stew

In a large pot, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium high heat
- 1 pork butt (boneless) with some fat 3 to 4 lbs in weight, cut into bite-size pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 2 packets ACHIOTE seasoning (Sazon Goya Brand Con Cilantro Achiote seasoning)
- 1 bunch cilantro (Chinese parsley) chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans tomato sauce plus two cans of water
- 1 can tomato paste
- Sea Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- 2 cans whole pitted olives, drain
- 6-8 carrots
- 6-8 potatoes
- 3 to 4 Hawaiian chili peppers (optional)
Banana Pudding Cake

reheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (4-serving-size) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium) (see Note)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Confectioners sugar for garnish
Raspberry Fudge Torte

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, water, eggs, oil and vanilla; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- GANACHE:
- 1 package devil's food cake mix (regular size)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- RASPBERRY CREAM:
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- Fresh raspberries and mint, optional
Hunter's Pie

Combine all ingredients except pie crust and bread sticks; spread into pie crust
- 1 lb. roast beef, cooked and cubed
- 12-oz. jar beef gravy
- 8-oz. can sliced carrots, drained
- 8-oz. can green beans, drained
- 9-inch deep-dish pie crust, baked
- 11-oz. tube refrigerated bread sticks
Strawberry Cloud Jello Salad

Cut up a 16 oz package of fresh or frozen strawberries and set aside
- 16 oz fresh or frozen strawberries
- 6 oz pkg Strawberry jello
- 6 oz pkg Cook ‘n Serve Vanilla Pudding
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 16 oz Cool Whip
Easy Crescent Taco Bake

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 3/4 cup Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Quick Chicken and Pasta

- 2 quarts water

- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics French onion soup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 12 slices cooked gluten-free bacon
- 6 slices (1 oz each) Cheddar cheese
- 6 gluten-free hamburger buns, split

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl
- Crust:
- 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120 to 130°F)*
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
- Other toppings as desired
- 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces or 125 to 250g) shredded mozzarella cheese
