Oven-Fried Chicken with Honey Butter Sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 (3- to 4-pound) chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, melted
- 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Roasted Pea and Carrot Pasta

Preheat oven to 425°F. Trim carrots and slice on bias or dice in bite-size pieces
- 2 bunches baby carrots with leafy tops
- 1 1/2 pounds snap peas, enough to fill a large baking sheet
- Olive oil, for drizzling plus about 1/4 cup
- Salt and lots of black pepper, especially for the peas
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, packed
- 1/4 cup mint, packed
- 1/4 cup tarragon, packed
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/2 About 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 pound penne or fusilli
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, freshly grated
Spaghetti Squash with Roasted Tomatoes and Basil

Preheat oven to 400°F. Halve both squash and place the pieces cut side down on baking sheets
- 3 pounds, about 24, plum or Roma tomatoes, halved

- No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (18.25 oz.) box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (4-serving size) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (10 oz.) jar Vanilla Curd
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Chocolate Chip Cookie in a Cup

Start by melting your butter in the microwave
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of firmly packed Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 Drops of Vanilla Extract
- Small Pinch of Kosher Salt
- 1 Egg Yolk (discard the egg white or save for different recipe)
- Scant 1/4 of All Purpose Flour (slightly less than 1/4 of a cup)
