Dessert Pizza

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Press dough into greased 12" pizza pan
- Toppings:
- 1 pkg (20 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 3 1/2 cups (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- Chocolate Chips
- Strawberries
- Halved Green Grapes
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Chopped Nuts
- Bananas
- Pineapple
- Extra Cool Whip
Flounder

In large buttered baking dish, arrange fish
- 2 lbs. flounder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 t salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 c apple juice
- 1/4 c Irish Mist
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- finely minced parsley
- boiled new potatoes
Grilled Asian Kabobs

Combine first 6 ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c apricot preserves
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 8 uncooked shrimp or chicken kabobs
Crustless Crab Quiche

Defrost and slice crab meat, save 2 Tbsp of crab meat liquid
- 8 oz. Alaska Snow crab - frozen
- 4 each slices of bacon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp salt, dash pepper
- 2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Stawberry, Glazed Tart

Stir together flour, almonds, sugar, lemon rind and salt in a large bowl
- 1 1/3 c flour
- 1/2 c finely ground almonds
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 t grated lemon rind
- 1/4 t salt
- 6 T cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 3/4 c seedless raspberry or strawberry jam
- 1 t lemon juice
- 2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Sweetened whipped cream
Onion and Herb Tart

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or spray large cookie sheet
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 large sweet onion
- 2 t olive oil
- 2 t chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 t dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 2 T packed brown sugar
- 4 oz. coarsely chopped cheese (Brie)
Old-Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Stir first 4 ingredients; set aside
- 2 1/2 cups unsifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Lemon Zucchini Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t grated lemon peel
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c grated zucchini, unpeeled
- 1 c chopped walnuts
Cherry Pepper Poppers

Slice the tops off of the cherry peppers and carefully remove the seeds, keeping peppers whole
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 12 fresh cherry peppers
- 6 oz. sharp provolone cheese, cubed
- 6 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
Frozen Strawberry Daiguiri Pie

Allow whipped topping and daiquiri mix to thaw out in refrigerator
- 10 oz. frozen strawberry daiquiri mix
- 14 ox. sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 4 large strawberries, chopped
- 8 or 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
