Crustless Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Alaska Snow crab - frozen
  • 4 each slices of bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt, dash pepper
  • 2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost and slice crab meat, save 2 Tbsp of crab meat liquid. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Beat together eggs, bisquick, butter, milk, salt, pepper and 2 Tbsp of crabmeat liquid, until smooth. Pour into 9" pie plate. Sprinkle crab, cheese and bacon over top, pressing down gently.
