Place chicken in crock pot
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1/4 c Italian Dressing
- 1/4 c water
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Garlic salt to taste
Raisin Puffs

Cook raisins with water until water is gone
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Brie En Croute

Unroll crescent rolls, seal seams & roll into circle
- 1 8" brie
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T sliced almonds
- 1 pkg crescent rolls
Rueben Casserole

Place corned beef in lightly greased 9x13 baking dish
- 1/2 to 1 lb corned beef, cooked,chopped
- 1/4 c thousand island salad dressing
- 1 can sauerkraut (16 oz.) drained & rinsed
- 1/2 lb shredded swiss cheese
- 6 slices rye bread, crumbled
- 1/4 c butter, melted
Brie En Croute

Thaw pastry. Heat oven to 400 deg
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 1 egg
- 1 T water
- 1/3 c dried cherries, softened
- 1/4 c chopped toasted pecans
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/2 t chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 13.2 oz. Brie cheese round
Cipolline Galzed Onions

Melt butter in skillet, add onions
- 16 oz. Cipolline onions
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Vidalia Onion Casserole

Saute onion rings in butter until clear and slightly browned
- 6-7 large Vidalia onions, peeled and sliced into thin rings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan heese
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
Rosemary Ward's Apple Cake with Butter Rum Sauce

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 cups coarsely chopped unpeeled cooking apples (about 5 to 6 medium apples)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- Butter Rum Sauce (recipe follows)

- 6 medium chicken breasts, bone-in or boned/skinless
- 1/2 cup white wine (or water)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt, pepper, and paprika - to taste
