- Topping:
- 8 large peeled, sliced apples
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t salt

Balsamic Pork Scallopine

- Noodels:
- 3 lbs. pork sirloin cutlets
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) reduced-sodum chicken broth
- 1/2 cup minced fresh basil or 2 Tbsp dried basil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg (16 oz) egg noodles
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Potatoes w/Rosemary & Garlic, Roasted

Place garlic & potatoes in saucepan
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 1 1/2 lbs. small potatoes
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 T fresh rosemary, chopped
Mahi-Mahi Almandine

- 4 to 8 oz. Mahi Mahi fillets
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c silvered almonds
- 2 T butter
- Minced parsley
- Lemon juice

Pour beans in 3 quart casserole or 13x9 pan
- 3 16 oz. cans Pork and Beans
- 2 8 oz. cans crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worceshire Sauce
- 1/2 c sweet pickle relish
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 slices bacon
Brisket Braised in Beer

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Cook bacon in ovenproof kettle over moderate heat, stirring until crisp
- 3 thinly sliced onions
- 6 potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
- 4 slices chopped bacon
- 4 (12 oz.) bottles beer (not dark)
- 2 T unsalted butter, softened not melted
- 6 carrots, cut crosswise into 1 1/2" pieces
- 2 T flour
- 2 1/2 lbs brisket
- 1/2 c minced fresh parsley

In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar and salt; cover and pulse until blended

- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 3/4 c cold butter, cubed
- 1/3 c shortening, cubed
- 4-6 T cold water
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1 c pecan halves

- 1/3 c flour
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
