Crab and Macaroni Bake

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Boil pasta in salted water until tender, drain and set aside
- For garlic toast:
- 10 oz. rotini pasta
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 3/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped shallots
- 3 Tbsp chopped cilantro
- 8 oz. fresh crab meat
- 3 slices white bread
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Banana Pecan Loaf

This is delicious with the Pineapple Spread!
- Pineapple Spread:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cupchopped pecans
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, well drained
Pizza Bread, Braided Stuffed

Heat oven to 400 deg. Spray cookie shet with cooking spray
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 T Boursin cheese with garlic & herbs
- 3 oz. thinly sliced Canadian bacon
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 T parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 t water
- 1-2 t poppy seed
- pizza sauce
Hash Browns, Parmesan-Herb

Toss together all ingredients
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chicken with White Wine

Spray a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c white wine
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- salt & pepper, to taste
Pizza Dough

Water in bowl with yeast, salt, sugar and oil
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 t sea salt
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 14/ c tepid water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T sugar
Dijon Green Bean Salad

This old-world-style salad with sauteed onions is great served warm or cold!
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced, about 1 1/4 cup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T apple-cider vinegar
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 c cherry tomatoes, halved
Cole Slaw

Blend dressing ingredients together and set in refrigerator to chill
- Dressing:
- 4 cups (about 1 lb) shredded cabbagte
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- few grains pepper
Ginger and Cilantro Baked Tilapia

Heat the oven to 475ºF. Pat the fish dry and season lightly with salt and pepper
- 2 large tilapia fillets (or similar thin white fish) - about 3/4 pound
- 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 inch grated ginger (1 tablespoon)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- Scallions, chopped for garnish
- Extra cilantro, to garnish
Asparagus and Cashews

Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a wok over low heat
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 bunch asparagus stalks, ends cut
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
