1. Crush Oreos in processor
- 1 package regular Oreo cookies- about 36 cookies
- 6 TBSP butter, melted
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 TBSP cold milk
- 1- 12 oz. tub Cool Whip, divided
- 2- 3.9 oz. packages Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
Super Chicken Casserole

Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the stuffing, Parmesan cheese and butter in a medium bowl
- 1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 ounces (about 1 cup) elbow-shaped pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Pound chicken breasts and mix cottage cheese, onion and garlic powder and black pepper with Parmesan cheese
- 4 chicken breasts, pounded
- 4 oz. Breakstone Live-active non-fat cottage cheese
- fresh spinach
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
Hot Corn Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cups shredded chedder cheese
- 1 cup shredded Montery Jack
- 2 tbs chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, diced small
- 1 small can (4oz) diced green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 11oz can of corn, drained
- 1 small tomato
- 2 tbs cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbs green onions, sliced thin
Chicken Marsala

Directions Heat a deep nonstick skillet over medium high heat
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, sliced thin
- 2 TBSP & 2 tsp. flour
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup of Marsala wine
- 2-3 TBSP fresh parsley
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
Halibut with Pine Nut and Parmesan Crust

- 1/2 cup pine nuts, coarsely chopped
- 4 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 6-oz. halibut filets 4
- salt to taste
Sweet Potato Fries with Brown Marshmallow

Preheat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet with spray
- 3 large sweet potatoes cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 3/4 cup marshmallow topping
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crushed pecans (optional)
SLOW COOKER BALSAMIC PORK

Mix together the seasonings: salt, pepper and garlic
- 2 pounds Pork tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 clove Garlic; crushed
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Water

Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

- 1 head broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese
