Roast Leg of Lamb with Mustard Glaze

Place leg of lamb on rack in roasting pan
- 1 leg of lamb, about 6 to 7 pounds
- 1/3 cup prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed and minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- Chips:
- Two 9-by-12-inch whole wheat lavash breads
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup finely grated Parmesan
- Dip:
- 1 cup tomato-basil sauce, such as Giada De Laurentiis for Target Tomato-Basil Sauce
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) creamy gorgonzola, at room temperature
Pasta with Shrimp and tomato-caper sauce

1. Cook pasta and drain. 2
- 8 oz uncooked linguine
- 2 1/2 tsp olive oil, divided
- 12 oz. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic.minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (28 oz) can whole plum tomatoes, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 TBSP capers, drained
- 1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves

- 1/2 cup parsley
- 3 TBSP rosemary
- 2 TBSP thyme
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp black pepper
Asian Meatballs Recipe

Preheat oven to 400. In a large bowl, mix together meatball ingredients until well-combined
- Meatball Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground pork or ground beef
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 cup Panko or breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions
- optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds, sliced scallions
- Asian Sauce Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. ground ginger

Heat oven to 375. Stir together jam, mustard, and lime juice
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 TBSP grainy mustard
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 4 boneless, skinless breasts
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
Steak and Asparagus stir-fry

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 1/2 TBSP oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 TBSP soy sauce
- 2 tsp grated and peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 5 tsp canola oil, divided
- 12 oz boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 12 oz medium asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium red pepper cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 scallions, chopped
Mu Shu Chicken Lettuce Wraps
