KIELBASA = Bow Ties with Sausage & Peppers

Cook sausage and peppers over medium high heat until peppers are crisp tender and sausage is hot
- 8 oz bow tie pasta cooked
- 12 oz kielbasa cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 red peppers cut into strips
- 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
PASTA = Fettuccine with Sausage & Mascarpone

While water is heating for the pasta, put the butter in large frying pan placed over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 8 ounces Sweet Italian sausages
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces Mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 lb. dried fettuccine
- Truffle cream to taste or
- Fontina Val D'Aosta and a drop or two of truffle oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
KIELBASA = Sweet n Sour Sausage Stir-fry

In a large skillet, stir fry sausage for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned
- 14 oz kielbasa cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 2 small onions, quartered and separated
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 can (8 oz) unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground ginger
- 6 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- Hot cooked rice, optional
BREAD = Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

In a small bowl combine butter, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 loafs (1 lb. each )frozen white bread dough, thawed
SANDWICHES = Tuna Salad

Place tuna in medium bowl and mash with fork
- 3 5 oz. cans albacore tuna, packed in water and strained
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 celery rib, minced
- 2 chopped hard-cooked eggs
ICE CREAM = Vanilla

In electric mixer cream eggs and sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups sugar
- 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 to 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 to 6 cups milk
HUNGARIAN = Walnut Filled Refrigerator Cakes

Blend flour and lard. Add yeast mix, eggs, baking powder, vanilla and milk
- 6 cups flour
- 1 lb lard
- 1 yeastcake in 1/2 c. warm water(first)
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 can evaporated milk
- WALNUTS
- 2 large packages walnuts, ground
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vanilla
SOUPS & STEWS = Beef Stew

In a dutch oven, brown the beef, half at a time, in oil
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1 can(14-1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can(10-1/2 oz) condensed beef broth, undiluted
- 3 tbsp quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 medium carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 cup sliced celery 1 inch pieces
HUNGARIAN = Cottage Cheese Piroges/Derelye

Mix dough for noodles and roll out thin
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 cups flour

- Pineapple, grapes, oranges in sliced wheels, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- pineapple juice
