PASTA = Penne with Cream

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat
- 3/4 cup garlic oil
- 1/2 lb. bulk sweet Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 cup sliced white onions
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced garlic or less
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 9 oz. white button mushrooms, thickly sliced
- 20 oz. canned, whole peeled plum tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz. penne
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Saute onion in butter for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
- 1 loaf (1 lb) bread dough
- 2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 6 oz Steakums

- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

MIX WELL BAKE @ 375 FOR 25 MIN
- 2 1/2 POUNDS GROUND BEEF
- 1/2 CUP GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
- 3/4 CUP ITALIAN STYLE BREAD CRUMBS
- 4 LARGE EGGS
- 1/4 CUP GARLIC CHOPPED
- 2 TSP SALT
- SPAGHETTI SAUCE

PASTA = Lemon and Bow Tie Pasta Chicken

Cook pasta, drain. In lg skillet melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat
- 6 oz. uncooked bow tie pasta
- 3 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
- 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
- 2 Tbsp dry white wine or water
- Juice and grated rind of 1 small lemon(2 Tbsp lemon, 1 tsp lemon peel)
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 3/4 cup(3 oz.) parmesan shredded, divided
APPETIZERS = Italian Stuffed Appetizer Bread

Brown sausage, drain. Roll bread dough to a 16 in
- 1 pkg (16 oz) Italian sausage or links, casings removed
- 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, well drained and sliced
- 2 cups(8 oz) shredded swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp poppy seeds

Cook ground beef, onion & garlic till brown
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lg onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp chili powder or 3 Tbsp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tsp sugar/worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans/undrained

In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 lb fully cooked ham, very thinly sliced

HEAT A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT
- 1 LB SHRIMP/SHELLED AND DEVEINED
- S & P
- 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 PINT CHERRY TOMATOES/HALVED
- 2 LIMES/ZEST AND JUICE
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC/SLICED
- 1/4 TSP CRUSHED RED CHILE FLAKE/OR TO TASTE+
- 1 RED ONION/SLICED
- 2 EARS CORN/REMOVED FROM COB
- 1/2 BUNCH BASIL
- OLIVE OIL
- 2 TBSP BUTTER
SALAD & DRESSINGS = Caesar in Parmesan Bowls

In small bowl, toss cheese with pepper
- 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. coursely ground pepper
- 2 romaine hearts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cups Caesar salad croutons, slightly crushed
- 1/4 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing

- 10 oz fresh strawberries, pulsed in food processor finely chopped to yield 1 cup
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened

- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
