SALAD & DRESSINGS=Green Goddess

Blend all ingredients in electric blender
- 3/4 c. Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayo
- 1/2 c. light sour cream
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp anchovy paste
SLOW COOKER = Lime Chicken Tacos

Place the chicken in a 3 quart slow cooker
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 cup frozen corn, if desired
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- 12 flour tortillas, 6 inches
- Sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, guacamole, shredded lettuce toppings
APPETIZERS = Chive Egg Dip

Beat the cream cheese until smooth
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- Red peppers or crackers
PASTA = Baked Pasta with Cream & Parmigiano

Heat oven to 500 degrees. Cook ziti
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3 oz Parmesan(1 generous cup)
- Salt and white pepper
- 8 oz dried ziti
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
HUNGARIAN = Chicken and Nokedle

Brown chicken in oil and butter
- 3 1/2 to 4 lbs chicken
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 cup diced red pepper
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 c. sour cream or more to liking
- Nokedle or Noodles
APPETIZERS = Fried Crab Rangoons

In small bowl, beat cream cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. finely chopped imitation crab meat
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Sweet and sour sauce

Preheat to 350 degrees. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and mayo
- 1 can (6 oz) white crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup mayo or light mayo
- 12 wonton wrappers
SEAFOOD = Clambake

Slice the kielbasa into 1 inch slices
- 1 1/2 lbs. kielbasa
- 3 cups chopped yellow onions
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. small potatoes (red or white)
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 lbs. mussels
- 2 lbs. shrimp
- 4-5 lobster tails
- 2 cups dry white wine
APPETIZERS = Toasted Ravioli

- 2 Tbsp. Italian style panko bread crumbs

- Warm marinara sauce

- Salt to taste
